Within 24 Hours Of Payment
Typically, it takes 24 hours for your money to be refunded when you request for money back so far it is within 24hours of your initial payment. Please note that any request place after 24hours of the initial deposit will not be granted.
What if I don't want cash for my money back?
You can always use this money to book another hostel within the previous price range.
How do I get the key to the apartment after paying online?

You are required to visit the hostel manager with prove of payment i.e your Bank debit alert that contain the transaction reference or email confirmation.
When can I move in to my new apartment?
At Least 3 seconds
You can move in to your new apartment immediately you get the keys and other necessary document from the hostel manager.
What if the hostel manager rejects my booking?
You are to contact us with the following details: Your name, email address, amount paid, and the name of the hostel (if available). These details should be sent to email@example.com or contact us on 08137820379 with title: Refund request that should include the following:
